ABOUT

Venture for India is a not-for-profit that recruits, trains and supports top international undergraduates to work at Indian startups in need of talent, with the mission of fostering entrepreneurship. VFI provides two fellowships:

The Explore fellowship and the The Launch fellowship.

The Launch Fellows spend 4 to 8 months interning with startups in India where they gain work experience and have an opportunity to understand the Indian startup ecosystem better.

The Explore Fellows spend two years working at one of our partner startups, where they gain the skills, network and experience necessary to launch their own firms.

The process of being selected as a Fellow is very competitive and involves a written application, video interview, phone interview, and in-person challenges each year.
